Dean Watt is the Director and Responsible Officer for Dynamic Syndications. Dean has run his own business in the Thoroughbred Industry since 1986.
For the past 4 years Dean and Graeme Rogerson joined forces to become the market leaders at syndicating exciting racehorse prospects. These horses were trained by the powerful Graeme Rogerson Racing Stables.
In 2005 this proven syndication teamwork shall continue with Dean Watt syndicating yearling purchases with Graeme Rogerson.
However, Dean Watt this year we shall also be syndicating with other leading trainers who wish to gain access to our skills, expertise and administrative support levels.

It became necessary, due to our outstanding success over the past four years and the rapid growth associated with this success, our corporate structure needed to change to keep pace with our growth and to ensure we continued to meet Australian Securities and Investment Commissions requirements under Policy Statement 20 and Class Order 02/395 of the Corporations Law.
Therefore - we are now syndicating under the name of Dynamic Syndications where high quality yearlings will be syndicated into 10 share partnerships and our clients will receive the highest level of service and receive the benefits bestowed upon VIP's.
Dynamic Syndications is the holder of AFS Licence 286961.
Our clients have confidence that they are dealing with a licenced and ASIC approved Promoter whom does not act in the capacity of a Authorised Representative of any other Licencee.

A Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Financial Services Guide (FSG) are made available from us for consideration by prospective purchasers of shares when deciding whether or not to proceed to acquire shares.
Applications for shares will only be received on the Purchasers Acknowledgement Application form attached to the PDS.
Documents for each horse offered have been prepared, lodged and approved by the Racing NSW prior to any horse being advertised for sale.
Should any horse listed below be of interest, please contact our office to request a free information portfolio containing the relevant PDS. In most cases these documents may be found on our website under the respective horse being offered.
