Dynamic Syndications have received several expressions of interest relating to boom Gr1 winner REWARD FOR EFFORT over the past 48 hours as the stallion market heats up. Commercial studs are in the market trying to secure valuable stallion prospects for stud duties in 2010.

With recent acquisitions of Starspangledbanner to Coolmore. Onemorenomore to Vinery and Wanted to Widden, there has been keen interest both locally and overseas regarding the prospects of REWARD FOR EFFORT.

Currently our owners are considering their position regarding REWARD FOR EFFORT and whether these attractive sweeteners on the table are enough to entice them to sell now or alternatively be rejected and to race on with the striking looking colt.

REWARD FOR EFFORT is currently back in light training after being declared right to go by the vets after suffering a minor setback to a fetlock in the early Spring.

Peter Moody is very keen to retain the colt to train for at least another season and have a crack at the major sprint races in the Spring especially since most of the main sprinting prospects of his current 3yo peer group have fallen by the wayside through attrition or have been retired for stud duties.

One thing is certain that if the owners decide to race on with the colt he will never loose the title of being the 2009 Blue Diamond Winner and he certainly has the ability to add nicely to his resume and value if he added further black type.
